Desired Profile:

 Should be Post Graduate/ Graduate having good academic record.

 Should have minimum 3-5 years LIVE experience in the General Insurance Field.

 Should have good communication skill.

 Should have good team management skills.

 Should have basic computer knowledge.

 Should be ready to travel.

 Vehicle MUST.

KRA:

 Have to handle the team of Relationship Officers, Team Leaders & Business Partners.

 Have to focus more on Business Partners recruitment.

 Responsible for recruitment of Business Partners & Generating the Business for

company.

 Have to Keep Business Partners Activation of 80% from the Business

Partners recruited.

 Have to support and guide the RO in order to achieve the Business Partners

recruitment target.

 Have to Support, guide and motivate the TL in order to achieve the Average

Premium and activation.

 Regular Meeting with Business Partners.

 Have to Provide the Regular feedback and Market Updates to PI (HO).


CTC: up to 4.50 Lakhs
