Desired Profile

 Should have minimum 3 + years of experience in Two Wheeler Finance with team

management abilities.

 Should able to develop the business in targeted area with the use of skills, strategies

and experience.

 Should able for recruitments as per the requirement and able to provide Training.

 Should able to manage huge team of multi locations for business development.

 Should have good knowledge of Credit & Collections.

 Required strong market repo.

KRA:

 Business Planning & development i.e. Tie-up with Dealers & Distributors, DSAs etc.

 Maintaining the Profitability of Business, Achievement of the Business Targets.

 Maintains the relationship with our clients, Dealers and DSAs.

 Training to Manpower.


CTC : up to 3.50 Lakhs + Yearly performance bonus (1 Lakh) + Monthly incentives on actual

disbursement
