JOB OPENING IN AREA SALES MANAGER - BARODA

Desired Profile:

 Should be Post Graduate/ Graduate having good academic record.

 Should have minimum 3-5 years LIVE experience in the Tractor Finance.

 Should have good communication skill.

 Should have good team management skills.

 Should have basic computer knowledge.

 Should be ready to travel.

 Vehicle MUST.

KRA:

 Appointment of CDGS Dealers at all location in given Territory.

 Get the Tractor Term Loan Business from the market and dealers.

 Have to report Regional Manager of respective Territory to follow credit policy &

process.

 To achieve the target as decided from time to time.

CTC:

 up to 3.50 Lakhs + Yearly performance bonus (1 Lakh) + Monthly incentives on actual

disbursement
