Job Opening In SALES MANAGER - Rajkot

Job Duties & Responsibilities


1. Sales

  • Accountable to drive sales for company 
  • Identify opportunities where company can grow in align to its vision/objective 
  • Build fruitful relationship with existing and new customer 
2. Managing Sales Force

  • Manage sales team located across separate regions
  • Approve sales team tour plan and other require action list for effective practice 
  • Take periodically sales performance review call with respective team member in order to understand challenges and take necessary actions 
  • Identify necessary training need of sales team in order for them to work more productive and effectively 
  • Mentor sales team
3. Market Visit

  • Visit market as and when require in order to understand ground feasibility and recommend further course of action to achieve objective 

4. Support

  • Coordinate with sales support team in order to ensure support function is running smooth

Qualification

  • Experience – 5 to 6 years in this field, must have manage team in differentregions 
  • Education – Graduate, MBA preferred
  • Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, Interpersonal, and knowledge of MS Office Tool

Location : Rajkot, Gujarat

Pay Grade : 35 to 50 k / Month
