Qualification& Experience 
Young dynamic candidate, preferably having PhD/ Master’s degree in Microbiology Microbiology/Biotechnology) with 8-15 years’ experience,
 Strong customer focus and ability to understand business needs.
Experince with biofetilizer manufacturing technology and application along with knowledge of product registration. 
Job Profile:
1. New ideas for innovating products, technologies, and application in the area of bio-fertilizer, bio-pesticide and bio-stimulant.
2. You will develop experimental plans and drive analytical method development for the lab teams within the R & D and market team.
3. As a change manager you will contribute towards a customer-oriented R & D organization and you will engage to enhance the BU and the Groups innovative brand image.
4. You will advise or assist on aspects such as regulatory affairs, quality management, quality control,and IP aspects in order to monitor and optimize quality and valorization potential of the developed products,projects and/or processes.
