Job Duties & Responsibilities
*Dynamic Individual understanding Markets & Clients
*Manage & Grow Business Development Team
*Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders.
* New Client acquisition & Lead Generation
*Develop and manage pipeline of opportunities & convert prospects to clients.
*Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
*Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, & presentation
*Experience dealing with businesses @ Head of B2B, E-Commerce, Marketing
* Bring Business for the Company by Various Searching Method
* Responsible for meeting with clients and overall quality of service.
* Send follow-up Of recruitment and make follow- to establish relationships.
* Call and personally visit potential, new and existing Clients to facilitate new business.
* Developing new business and procuring new contracts from global market

Qualification: Background in IT must.
Experience: 6 months to 3 years
Salary: Upto 30,000, will depend upon previous salary and expertise.
