Job Opening Of Telle Sales Support Executive - Ahmedabad

Job Description 

1) Sales of IT hardware and networking products online through various sales portals like Flip kart, Snap deal, OLX, Amazon, Shop clues, Homeshop18,naaptol, tying up with online shopping portals and as well as B2B client portal like trade India, India mar and marketing through Modern Trade Channels for sales of durable products.

2) Making outbound sales calls to customers and handling customer queries online.

3) Taking Address & check on their feasibility, and try to connect new buildings.

4) Converting feasible leads into online sales or get it picked through online runner.

5) Maintaining reports of all follow up cases/positive responses and getting them converted into sales.

6) Reverting emails from the customers and help in any query.

7) Forwarding complains received to the concern department.

8) Calling on database to generate leads

9) Coordinating with concern functions to provide solution to the customer query will be coming for calling.

10) Training and implementation of new processes.


Experience: Minimum 6 months in  Tele calling

Education: Minimum 12th pass.

Skills: Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills and Basic Computer Skills

Salary – 9000 – 11000 K in hand + Incentive
