Job Title: US Accounting
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Job Timings: 7:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Monday – Friday)

Job Description:
1. Manage end to end accounting cycle.
2. Handling timesheet loadout from QuickBooks.
3. Handling QuickBooks Report (Desktop/Online).
4. Maintain accounts receivable reports and follow up with clients on timely manner.
5. Evaluating reports and verifying discrepancies to resolve client billing issues and to finalize client payments.
6. Maintain track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
7. To overview Time sheets and Accounts Receivables process and ensure the invoicing and payment collection is being done correctly.
8. Handling US Payroll process and making sure all the compliance on Federal and state law requirements.
9. Working with India and US Management related to commission and incentive processing as well as planning
10. Provide Financial analysis of company's projects and suggest required changes.
11. Work with CPA to finalize the Sales tax and income tax returns on Quarterly, Semiannually, and annual basis.
12. Final calculations and Annual bonus processing.
13. Registration of States and Locals and maintaining compliance.
14. Finalization of Books and accounts at end of the year and return filing.
