Job Description
Develop new clients for the designated business vertical across the assigned territory
Offering Technical & Commercial inputs to the customers
Handling Key accounts and ensure their material and service needs are met.
Coordinating with production and planning team along with logistics and other associated staff for operations
Sales forecast for the month, achieving sales targets
Collection forecasts for the month, meeting outstanding collections target
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Have understanding of specialty chemicals business
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Have sound knowledge of M.S. office
Education
UG : B.Tech / BSc (Chemistry)
PG MBA/PGDM - International Marketing
Experience
4-7 Years in International Marketing (Chemical)
