3) Standard & good engineering practises for routine maintenance.
4) proper job understanding, planning, execution by separation of job activ ities to manpower.
5) Detailed RCA for the frequent failures.
6) Self-development for advance industrial practices and requirements.
7) Knowledge of SAP PM Module
